Pillars of Power

Beneath the surface of public discourse lies a complex web of strategies employed by the ultra-rich and elite to preserve control. We aim to illuminate these hidden mechanisms, structured around four critical pillars:

Systemic Privilege

The narrative of the "self-made" individual often masks the reality of inherited advantages. From legacy admissions in prestigious institutions to preferential treatment in the job market, systemic privilege ensures that wealth and opportunity remain concentrated within select circles. This entrenched advantage perpetuates a cycle where the affluent continue to thrive, often at the expense of broader societal benefit.

Wealth Inequality

The chasm between the ultra-wealthy and the rest of society continues to widen. Through mechanisms like tax havens, offshore accounts, and favorable legislation, the elite safeguard and amplify their wealth. This accumulation not only exacerbates economic disparities but also undermines the foundational principles of equal opportunity and fairness and laughs in the face of risk and reward.

Institutional Control

Major corporations wield significant influence over policy-making, often always prioritizing profits over public interest. Megachurch institutions abuse tax-haven status by cosplaying Christianity but look nothing like their Jesus. By lobbying against wage increases, resisting labor protections, and minimizing tax obligations, powerful entities consolidate power and wealth. Such dominance stifles competition, suffocates innovation, marginalizes workers, and erodes democratic processes.

Divide & Distract

Throughout history, powerful entities have employed fear as a tool to maintain control. By amplifying societal divisions—be it race, religion, gender, or ideology—they create an "us versus them" narrative. This strategy fosters a climate of fear and suspicion, diverting attention from systemic issues.

By focusing public discourse on contentious social debates, these entities obscure the underlying economic injustices and policy manipulations that perpetuate inequality. This tactic divides us. The first step is understanding when it is being done to you.
